Job Description

Working closely with the national team and Partners, you will undertake a range of work including advising on wills, succession planning and probate, tax and trusts matters for a range of clients which will include landowners, business owners, partners/shareholders in family business and directors of companies and their families in managing their personal wealth. You may also be involved in acting for elderly clients and individuals under the Court of Protection.
At Senior Associate level, whilst a client following/strong contacts are desirable we are open to considering outstanding candidates with the ability to successfully hit the ground running and become immediately involved in business development and management activities. Partner level candidates will be expected to bring a following.
Whilst our preference is for one of these roles to be based in Milton Keynes, we are able to offer flexibility on location and will consider candidate preferences if looking to work in any of our other offices. You will be expected to build strong working relationships with colleagues across the national team and so will be required to travel to other offices on an ad hoc basis (as do the current team members).
This is a great opportunity to be fully involved in a range of very high quality work and business development, and to progress your career as part of a very successful, forward thinking team. An excellent academic record, training with a prominent and well regarded firm, strong general private client and business development experience are essential.
