Job Description

Hogan Lovells Intellectual Property, Media and Technology Group has particular expertise in outsourcing and technology matters. The practice specialises in advising on outsourcing transactions, and on all aspects of the development, exploitation and implementation of IT and novel technologies. They also regularly advise on intellectual property and data protection issues related to these areas. As well as drafting and negotiating IT and outsourcing contracts of all shapes and sizes, the practice has experience of advising on disputes in the IT field and on the use and implementation of payment systems and encryption technology.

We have an opening for a first rate Technology lawyer. Experience gained within a top tier firm is preferred. It is essential that the candidate has a strong academic background (minimum 2.1 degree) with excellent written communication and drafting skills. The successful candidate will also have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team. The ideal candidate will have between four and six years post qualification experience (or equivalent experience) and have experience in IT contracts and Outsourcing.
