Job Description

Are you an experienced litigation lawyer? Are you looking for a highly flexible and rewarding part time job?

We are looking for someone to work with Senior Partner, Tim Bishop to help to build our litigation work in Andover

Although we are hoping to take someone on a consultancy/fee sharing basis [unlike a lot of law firms, we have plenty of experience in making these kind of arrangements work], we are happy to chat with anyone who thinks that they are the right candidate for us.

We can construct a job around you in Andover

One of the great advantages of working with us, is that we are really flexible – so we're happy to build a position that fits in with your needs and requirements. It could, for example, involve flexible working, and regular working from home [our culture and technology make this easy ] – though to make this job work, you will need regular attendance at our Andover office.

The successful candidate will have the following skills;

o an enthusiasm to market yourself and the firm
o great people skills

In selecting the right candidate, we are convinced that it's experience, personality and ability that counts – so formal qualifications are not essential.

Here at Bonallack and Bishop, we are really keen on developing niche practice areas. So if you already have experience of a particular niche area of law, or of a particular market sector, or you want to develop that kind of niche practice, we would really like to hear from you.

Who might this job suit ?

Whilst we are happy to talk to anyone who might be interested in this job, it might suit the following;

o a partner who wants to gradually wind down their career with as much flexibility as possible
o a partner, with a good personal following but who has concerns about the ability of their current firm to survive, and who wants a secure future home for themselves and their clients
o someone returning from a career break, maternity or paternity leave, and who would like to begin to build up a client base and would welcome flexible working
o any lawyer with a strong and existing client following, who would welcome a friendly, dynamic and flexible firm, to put that work through
