We are currently looking to recruit a property development lawyer to join our Birmingham property team. We are looking for candidates who have 2+ years post qualification experience.

The Candidate Required

The successful candidate will ideally have gained experience in a City firm or large regional / national practice. They will have a strong academic background and an outgoing personality. Candidates must also be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach.

The successful candidate will be a 2+ years qualified property development lawyer, with experience of private sector developments including dealing with development agreements, development agreements for lease, acquiring and selling land for development.
