Job Description

A well established solicitors practice with multiple offices is looking for a experienced Law Costs Draftsman to join and develop their Huddersfield team.

the ideal candidate will be required to assist this firm in setting up a costs department. Potential candidates will have a minimum of two years experience and will have demonstrable knowledge of civil bills and personal injury/clinical negligence cases.
The successful applicant will be a well practised draftsman who’s duties for this position will be inclusive of but not exclusive to:

-Drafting bills of costs
-Negotiating costs
-Preparing budgets
-Points of dispute
-Manage a caseload
-Assisting with the continued expansion of business through development of new and existing clients
