Job Description

I am currently assisting a reputable firm based in Chorley appoint a Conveyancing Assistant.

The candidate should ideally have experience in opening files, drafting contracts, mortgage reports, search reports, Land Registry applications, SDLT returns etc.

LPC graduates will be considered if they have experience in working within a busy environment and have a genuine interest in Conveyancing.

The position is to assist one of the Conveyancers and due to the caseload they do need to be able to hit the ground running.
