Job Description

An established law firm based in Central Manchester is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant. The firm are looking for an advanced Legal Secretary or Legal PA to join their Reparation Team. You will be required to provide the following assistance;

- Organise meetings and conferences for both internal and external contacts and clients

- Attend meetings as required, produce minutes or file notes of meetings and progress subsequent actions

- Ensuring that time recording and filing is up to date

- Making/receiving telephone calls as required taking action where able or if not ensuring that the message is passed onto the correct person

- At all times, exercise high standards of client care in a professional and pleasant manner

- To undertake the preparation of confidential and/or high level legal documentation as required by the Technical Managers

- In the Technical Managers absence, review incoming post/documents and refer to another manager as necessary


This is an admirable opportunity to join an extremely important team and gain exceptional experience. The firm are offering a salary of up to £35,000 dependant upon experience. Experience in Reparation and a Law Degree will be favourable.
