Job Description

Our client, top-tier international firm, is now actively looking to recruit multiple talented Corporate Associates into their expanding practice in Perth.

The firm brings a fresh perspective to commercial thinking and is strategically positioned throughout the world’s growth markets. The firm has a world-renowned corporate practice with leading corporations coming to the firm with their most important and challenging matters. The team is expert in advising on a broad spectrum of corporate matters, where you will primarily be responsible for advising on high-profile Mergers and Acquisitions of considerable complexity. An exceptional workload is guaranteed.

You will be a talented UK/NZ/Australian qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE in the London market. You will currently be working in a London city law firm, and have an interest in taking your career to a collegiate work environment whose team is at the forefront of M&A practice in Australia.
