Job Description

Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking to recruit a stellar real estate solicitor, ideally at the 4-8+ PQE level, to join its office based in London on a fixed term contract basis for 6+ months, possibly longer. This role is to cover a gap in headcount until the firm recruits on a permanent basis, and as such there may well be longer term opportunities available. Candidates more senior than the 4-8 PQE level are encouraged to apply if you are willing to work at the 4-8 PQE remuneration level.

You will join a pre-eminent practice which successfully advises its prestigious client base across a broad spectrum of real estate matters. The successful candidate will have a broad remit, and you will assist on cases of significant complexity which will include acting for both large and small clients. This is an excellent opportunity which promises a workload of the highest calibre and client interaction from the outset.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4-8+ years PQE in commercial property matters from a leading City firm, and you will be immediately available to start on a full time basis. A strong academic record, specialist technical ability and first-rate interpersonal skills are further pre-requisites.

If you are looking to work as a contractor or if you are considering your next move, then please do contact Hannah Martin at Taylor Root. I recruit lawyers into Private Practice firms on an interim and contract basis.

Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
